Nature’s Way Collagen Works Deep Under Skin Contest

Terms & Conditions:

1. This Contest is organised by PharmaCare (Asia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”) and is open to all Malaysian Citizens except for the following groups of persons:
   1. Malaysian citizens under the age of 18 (as of 31^st December 2022)
   2. Employees of the Organiser (including its associates and related companies) and their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, and siblings)
   3. Representatives, employees, servants, and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser (including its associated and related companies), and their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, and siblings)
2. This Contest will run from 1^st October 2023 – 30^th November 2023 (“Contest Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to close registration without prior notice.
3. The participating brand for this Contest is Nature’s Way (“Participating Brand”) and the participating product is all of Nature’s Way Beauty Collagen products. (“Participating Product”):

	Nature’s Way Gummies with Rosehip + Collagen 40s
	Nature’s Way Gummies with Collagen 5000mg 40s
	Nature’s Way Gummies with Collagen 2500mg 40s
	Nature’s Way Collagen Plus Tablets 60s

4. The following steps must be carried out in order for your entry to be valid:
5. Purchase any Nature’s Way Beauty Collagen products worth RM100 and above from 1^st October – 30^th November 2023
6. Snap a photo of your receipt
7. Scan QR to Submit proof of purchase (receipt), full name as per NRIC & email address via WhatsApp (https://wa.me/message/4HH6K5VNAWIKL1)
8. Please ensure the information of the Participating Product, Receipt Number, Price, Outlet Name, and Date of Purchase are visible on the Proof of Purchase.
9. All entries submitted by 30^th November 2023, 23:59 hours Malaysia time (“Closing Date”) will be accepted. All entries submitted after the Closing Date will be disqualified.
10. ONE (1) receipt is entitled to ONE (1) entry. Multiple entries are allowed but only ONE (1) entry will be considered for the prize in respect of the same Participant.
11. The Participants of this Contest will be selected at random by the Organiser at the end of the Contest.
12. The Winners’ announcement will be made no later than 31^st December 2023 on Nature’s Way Malaysia Facebook page.
13. The Organiser will contact the Winners via the provided contact information (Mobile Number) regarding their prize fulfilment.
14. The Winners will be required to provide their Full Name (as per NRIC/Bank Details), Contact Number, Mailing Address located within Malaysia, and Email Address.
15. The Prizes allocated for this Contest are as below:
    1. 1x Dyson Hair Dryer
    2. 3x Mini Cosmetic Fridge
16. All products shown in the contest visual are strictly for illustration purposes.
17. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify those who fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Contest.
18. The Organiser reserves the right to change/amend the product prize rules.
19. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
20. If no response is received by the Winner(s) after THREE (3) consecutive days upon initial contact, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the Participant(s) and forfeit the prize to be allocated to the following selection of winners.
21. All information provided by the Participants must be true and accurate. The organizer reserves the right to decline any entries with incorrect information and/or submitted via improper procedures.
22. By submission of the Participants’ Personal Information to the Organiser, the Organiser deems that permission is given to the Organiser and/or its authorized agents to use for present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services.
23. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, revise, or delete the terms and conditions in respect of this Contest, or to amend the Contest details at any time for any reason without giving prior notice to the Participants.
24. In case of any dispute, the Organiser reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.
