Nature’s Way Vita Gummies High Strength with Calcium + Vitamin D Giveaway Terms & Conditions:

1. This Contest is organised by PharmaCare (Asia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”) and is open to all Malaysian Citizens except for the following groups of persons:
   1. Malaysian citizens under the age of 18 (as of 31^st December 2022)
   2. Employees of the Organiser (including its associates and related companies) and their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, and siblings)
   3. Representatives, employees, servants, and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser (including its associated and related companies), and their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, and siblings)
2. This Contest will run when the Giveaway Announcement is posted until Product’s stocks run out (“Contest Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to close registration without prior notice.
3. The participating brand for this Giveaway is Nature’s Way (“Participating Brand”) and the participating product is Nature’s Way Adult Vita Gummies with Calcium + Vitamin D exclusive to the first 100 participants only.
4. ‘Participant’ must fulfil the below criteria to stand a chance to win the Campaign:
   1. Click the Google Form link on the campaign post.
   2. Answer the questions correctly.
   3. Fill in details for prize delivery purposes.
   4. Like & Follow Nature’s Way Malaysia Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MalaysiaNaturesWay/) for future updates.
5. Winners are limited to winning one (1) prize and the next entry is to be selected as the winner if the chosen winner does not have complete information or submitted more than once.
6. Only the authorized account holder registered under the email address (who completed the act of entering) may participate in the Campaign and/or be eligible for a Prize (each “Participant” and collectively “Participants”). Limit of one (1) registration per participant. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) registration by using multiple/different Google accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified.
7. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute pertaining to any registration, the authorised account holder of the Google account used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or participant. Each potential winner may be required to show proof in the form of their Identification Card of being the authorized account holder.
8. The Organizer/appointed agency may ask for your personal information for verification purposes and/or to arrange for delivery of the prize to receive their products prizes, including their Full Name, Mobile Number, Mailing address and Email. All product prizes are not transferable to any third party.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify those who fail to comply with the terms and conditions set.
10. The Organiser will contact the winners via the provided contact information (Mobile Number) regarding their prize fulfilment.
11. The Organiser reserves the right to change/amend the product prize rules.
12. If no response is received by the Winner(s) after THREE (3) consecutive days upon initial contact, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the Participant(s) and forfeit the prize to be allocated to the following selection of winners.
13. All information provided by the Participants must be true and accurate. The organizer reserves the right to decline any entries with incorrect information and/or submitted via improper procedures.
14. By submission of the Participants’ Personal Information to the Organiser, the Organiser deems that permission is given to the Organiser and/or its authorized agents to use for present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services.
15. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, revise, or delete the terms and conditions in respect of this Contest, or to amend the Contest details at any time for any reason without giving prior notice to the Participants.
16. In case of any dispute, the Organiser reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.
