Nature’s Way Buy 2 Free 1 Campaign (Guardian)

Terms & Conditions:

1. This Campaign is organised by PharmaCare (Asia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”) and is open to all Malaysian Citizens except for the following groups of persons:
   1. Malaysian citizens under the age of 18 (as of 31^st December 2022)
   2. Employees of the Organiser (including its associates and related companies) and their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, and siblings)
   3. Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser (including its associated and related companies), and their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, and siblings)
2. This Campaign will run from 1^st July 2023 to 31^st August 2023 (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to end the Campaign without prior notice.
3. The participating brand for this Campaign is Nature’s Way (“Participating Brand”) and the participating products (“Participating Products”) are all of Nature’s Way products available in all Guardian Malaysia Online Store and Retail Outlets.
4. The following steps must be carried out in order to participate and qualify as an “Eligible Participant”:
   1. Purchase any 2 units of Nature’s Way products in a SINGLE receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) from Guardian Malaysia Online Store or Retail Outlets within the Campaign Period.
   2. Take a picture of the Proof of Purchase and submit your Proof of Purchase, Full Name as per NRIC/Passport, Contact Number and Postal Address (located within Malaysia) via WhatsApp by scanning the QR code in the Campaign Visual. 

All Eligible Participants will receive 1x unit of Nature’s Way Gummies with Collagen 5000mg 40s (“Free Gift”), while stocks last.

5. Please ensure the information of the Participating Product, Receipt Number, Price, Outlet Name, and Date of Purchase are visible on the Proof of Purchase.
6. All entries submitted by 31^st August 2023, 23:59 hours Malaysia time (“Closing Date”) will be accepted. All entries submitted after the Closing Date will be disqualified.
7. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify those who fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Campaign.
8. ONE (1) receipt is entitled for ONE (1) entry. Multiple entries are allowed.
9. The Free Gift will be delivered to the Eligible Participant’s mailing address as provided.
10. If the Eligible Participant cannot be contacted after THREE (3) consecutive days, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the Eligible Participant.
11. All information provided by Eligible Participants must be true and accurate. The organizer reserves the right to decline any entries with incorrect information and/or submitted via improper procedures.
12. By submission of the Participants’ Personal Information to the Organiser, the Organiser deems that permission is given to the Organiser and/or its authorized agents to use for present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services.
13. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, revise, or delete the terms and conditions in respect of this Campaign, or to amend the Campaign’s details at any time for any reason without giving prior notice to the Participants.
14. In case of any dispute, the Organiser reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.
